Start by tossing cranberries in a bowl with the lime juice, and then drain all the juice. Next, toss in the sugar and pour it into a baking sheet. Mix the sugar and salt into a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the mixture.

Add the cranberry juice, triple sec, lime juice, and tequila with ice into a blender and mix it until the mixture is smoother. Pour the mixture into a glass and then garnish the drink with mint and sugary cranberries.

The Mudslide Cocktail

To make a mudslide cocktail, you will start with one ounce of vodka, one ounce of coffee liqueur, one ounce of Bailey's Irish Cream, one and a half ounces of heavy cream, add chocolate shavings. Start by adding all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until it is fully chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass and apply the chocolate shavings to the top as a garnish.

Rumchata Hot Cocoa

To make rumchata hot cocoa, start with 2 and a half cups of whole milk, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 6 ounces of chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of Rumchata, and 1/3 cup of warm caramel. Simmer the whole milk in a saucepan and whisk the sugar and cocoa powder into the milk until there are no visible lumps. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and allow it to melt the chocolate.

Add the caramel into a dish and dip the rim of the glass into the caramel to coat it. Pour the warm mixture into the glass and garnish it with a cinnamon stick and whipped cream. You can add cinnamon sugar and more caramel for aesthetics.
